Burbank Moving FAQ
What are some of the ways I can make my Burbank move easier?
There are a few things you can do to make your move a bit easier to get
through. Getting started early on packing and decluttering, creating a
detailed checklist and timeline, and hiring a moving company are three
of the best ways to make a move successful. You can also enlist family
and friends to help, and try to get pets and young children occupied and
out of the house on moving day. For more moving tips and a step-by-step
overview of what it takes to move, check out our
Ultimate Moving Guide.
How can I be sure that all my stuff will fit on the truck?
At Affordable Quality Moving and Storage, we build your free estimate based on a detailed
walkthrough of your home or business. This helps us determine the size
of truck (or trucks) that may be needed for your Burbank move.
Do you help with residential and commercial moves in Burbank?
Our Burbank movers can handle residential and commercial moves of any size.
We have helped countless individuals, families, students, and businesses
move locally, long-distance, and even internationally. We recognize the
differences between residential and commercial moves and have the experience
and equipment to handle either with the professionalism and care our customers deserve.
How do I know if a moving company is legit?
You may have heard stories of moving companies using third parties to transport
customers’ belongings, of movers holding families’ belongings
hostage while demanding higher fees than were agreed upon, or of furniture
and valuables being severely damaged in transit. These
moving nightmares should make you wary of hiring just any company to handle your move. A
legitimate moving company should be licensed and insured. It should have
a physical office address, positive reviews from real customers, and written
agreement on pricing that you can sign. You should not have to pay in
full upfront. For more information, see our blog:
